The Hotel Margarita Bay Utila (formerly known has Hotel Margaritaville) is a locally owned 16 room hotel.  Clean and friendly, it is a great spot to base your stay on Utila.  The atmosphere is relaxed, family oriented, and with a warm friendly professional staff.

Hotel Margarita Bay Utila has a fabulous location, just across the street from the nice sandy Chepe’s Beach in Sandy Bay, Utila.

The hotel has 16 rooms with double beds, air conditioning, private bath with hot water.

In addition, there are 6 cabins with full kitchenettes also with air conditioning and hot water on the oceanfront or lagoon front.

Chepe’s Beach is located right next door to the hotel and it has the white sand beach ideal to spend a full day lounging under the beautiful blue sky of Utila.

Right across the street is the popular Driftwood Cafe Bar and Grill, and 3 additional restarants are available right on the beach for your enjoyment.

The Hotel can assist you with easy access to all of Utila attractions upon arrival and will work with you to make sure you have a great vacation in Utila.

Location: From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down to Sandy Bay. The Margarita Bay Hotel is opposite the Driftwood Cafe Bar & Grill, just before Chepes Beach.
