Located on the beach at Blue Bayou, Blue Bayou Beach Bar is a good option for a casual bite or a full meal. Well stocked bar provides beer, wine and mixed drinks. The menu offers small bites such as Fire roasted salsa and homemade chips, lionfish mango ceviche, nachos and hearty meals including burgers, hot dogs, tacos and their specialty – fish and chips with malted vinegar. Try it! You’ll love it! Beside food and drinks they have floaties at the dock, snorkel gear rentals and a nice house reef!

Located on the main street just past the main intersection going toward the point
Pool Table available to patrons who purchase a drink! The fully stocked Bar is located on the outside deck: known for their ‘Monkey La-Las’ (A mixed drink made with a type of Kahlua) do four shots and get a Buccaneers t-shirt! Large screen TVs on the outside deck make a lively and fun place for watching international sporting events.

Located at Chepes (the Public), Beach
Carlothas is open all day and is a great place to grab a cold drink or two while enjoying the public beach. Cold Beers and rum drinks and often loud music for the after-party crowd that convenes at the beach once the sun comes up!

Located on the main Street just past the cross roads in front of the entrance to Paradise Divers
La Cueva (the cave), is an eclectic little bar that can get pretty packed. Known for the impromptu open mic jam sessions and lively atmosphere a good crowd gathers most nights. Pub food is also available here including pizza, sandwiches and burgers.

Located at Chepes (the Public), Beach
A beach bar located at the Public Beach, El Rancho has a powerful sound system and there is often island and country music to set the tone to your beach bar experience! Cold beverages and an eclectic crowd make this an interesting place to check out on weekends as the party spills out onto the beach.

Located up Cola Mico road away from the ferry dock at the Mango Inn Open daily
Mango Inn Bar and Grill is located in a beautiful and tranquil lush jungle setting-an oasis close to the center of town. Serving a variety of mixed drinks, local and imported beers, wine and cocktails this is a very nice setting to relax and enjoy a few drinks as the sun goes down.
Menu has some light appetizers on offer as well as a full menu including pizzas in their wood fired brick oven.

Mango Tango is now in its new location, across from Margaritaville Hotel in Sandy Bay, just before the public beach.

Located at Coral Beach Village on the South Shore Regular boat pickups scheduled at 11am and 1pm at the dock in Blue Bayou
Neptunes is the quintessential beach bar with an outdoor bar under the champa and an indoor bar in the comfort of air conditioning. Located directly on the beach you can sip your cocktails with your toes in the sand and cool off in the sea. The cocktail menu is extensive and offers mojitos, frozen margaritas, piña coladas and many more! A variety of ice cold beers available and the knowledgeable bar tenders can whip up a variety of cocktails and shooters. Boats can moor at the dock on the sea side or take one of Neptune’s regular water taxis: Pick up from Blue Bayou is on the hour, 9am to 5pm and returning on the half hour, 8:30 to 5:30 (a tuk-tuk taxi can take you to Blue Bayou from anywhere in town).
Located at Utila Lodge over the water-take the path beside the public park next to the fire station
The Lodge has a screened in bar with windows on three sides for breezy views of the sea and a lodge-like feel! A quiet laid-back place to enjoy the sunset, is a bit removed from the party scene and has seating on the open air dock for star-gazing and watching for jumping eagle-rays! Friday nights are Karaoke nights and can get rowdy so practice up and get ready for the spot light! A variety of mixed drinks and cold beers are available.

Relapse
Located at the end of the paved road just before the Public Beach in Sandy Bay.br>
Relapse is a fun and energetic place that has become a Utila Establishment. The location next to the public beach makes it a great place to swim up for a cold drink and snacks during the daylight hours. Prefect place for sunning on the deck with a cold Salva Vida. This is the place to get frozen daiquiris, monkey la las and more. Full meals are served throughout the day and evening. Try the chicken wings and the seafood platter. Fantastic service and a great location right on the water!

Located in Sandy Bay across the street from the entranced to Eco Marine Dive Shop
Skid Row has its own eclectic crowd of locals and ex-pats that gathers at sunset for cold drinks and a re-cap on the day. Famous for the ‘Guifitti Challenge’, drinking a number of the Garifuna-inspired shots to earn a Skid Row T-shirt! A must stop for anyone visiting Utila where you can get your drink on and get a new t-shirt (or two)! Once you leave Utila, be sure to take photos of yourself around the world in your Skid Row T-shirt and post it on the Skid Row Facebook page!

The Venue~

The Venue is a large space dedicated to fun and games, good food, good drinks and the sun! Enjoy the new deck built over the back lagoon and the large covered dance floor beneath the champa. Serving food and drinks and has hostel rooms available as well.

Vinyl, Utila~
Located off of the main street just past the main intersection over the water
Vinyl is a fun place located on a dock which extends over the water. Vinyl hosts Open Mic night, Ladies Night and Sunday Fun-Day events weekly. Vinyl has DJs and dancing until the wee hours of the morning

Located on Cola de Mico Road toward the Mango Inn on the same property as the Jade Seahorse and Nightland Villas
Treetanic is one of the most unique bars on Utila, if not in the Caribbean! Located in the tree top with the bar connecting with various platform seating areas by bridges and walk ways the entire space twinkles with the hand set (piece by piece), mosaic of tile glass and stone by owner Neil. A fantastic place to admire the artwork of the surrounding yard/instillation of the Night Land Cabins (available to rent by the night), with its labyrinth of sparkling walkways, bridges and seating areas a MUST SEE land mark of Utila and a labour of love.

Located on the Point at Underwater Vision PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Resort
Trudy’s has a well-stocked bar and is open all day so you don’t have to travel far from your hammock to get a re-fill! Open until 10pm most nights a great place to enjoy the sunset during their ‘dock o’clock’ happy hour or to watch or participate in a beach volleyball game that occur impromptu daily around 4pm – All are welcome.
Known for their theme parties and daily food and drink specials Trudy’s at Underwater Vision is a fun place to hang out and enjoy the beach party atmosphere.

Located just past the centre of town over the water the entrance is just before Parrots Dive Center
Tranquila Bar is a laid back place to enjoy a cold drink while watching the sunset while enjoying the open views of the bay from the second story open air dock. Open at 5pm the early sun-downer crowd is muy ‘tranquila’! However, it turns onto a party scene with dancing and all kinds of shenanigans later in the evening and hosts nightly events such as: Sunday Fun-Day: beer 25 Lempira; Manic Monday: 2 for 1 Rum; Tequila Tuesdays (be careful on this day), Wednesday: Reggae Night with DJ No Show; Thirsty Thursday with 25 Lempira Vodka drinks; and Cheap Friday Vodka Redbulls for 50 Lempira and Jager bombs for 50 Lempira! Tranquila has some of the icy-est beers in town and the friendly staff make it a fun and uniquely Utila experience – always!
