Starting out by basing at Chepes beach (the public beach), most days of the week. You can contact them ahead of time if you want to be sure to catch them, but otherwise generally M-F 9:30 am to 3:30 pm ish (island standard hour) and Saturdays and Sundays 11am ish to 4pm ish.
